Remodels
Before
This bathroom had extensive water damage to everything...and the styling was decades past its prime
After
Gutted to the studs. New drywall, plumbing, sub floor, painting, vinyl tile floors, and fixtures. This bathroom will be much more appealing and serve for years to come, and didn't break the bank!
Before
This below grade great room (split level home) had extensive water damage from a broken drain pipe that had gone untouched in the property until the complaint of staining on the carpet and a spongy floor got me involved. This is what I found when I pulled the carpet, which led to the sub floor and drywall coming out...
After
After replacing the damaged floor joists, supports, the culprit water source, and wall framing, I rebuilt the room from the floor to the ceiling, and finished with water resistant laminate wood flooring, and customer baseboards throughout
Before
The vanity had previously been updated, but the floor tiles had seen a lot in 96 years and were cracked and damaged beyond repair, and the plumbing and fixtures were almost as old
After
The newer vanity was kept, but plumbing, flooring, fixtures, lighting, cabinet, tiling, and fixtures were all replaced
Before
A previous attempt had been started decades ago for this entry room off an attached garage, but then left to deteriorate to the point that this entrance was never even used and they no longer even parked in the garage because of it!
After
Framing was removed and rebuilt to better make use of the space, electric, lighting, drywall, paint, and even a custom bench with backboard and flip top seating was added to bring this space to life again!
