Laminate and Vinyl Flooring
Before
Old basement in century home that had been previously "finished" on a budget with simple outdoor carpet glued directly to the concrete....
After
Proper vent pads were laid down under water resistant laminate. The new look and properly installed flooring will provide years of longevity and better match the look of the home. I also repainted the walls, installed new trim, refreshed the fireplace with fresh stucco, and updated the lighting.
Before
This whole bathroom had seen better days (see my renovations page for more pics on THAT), and the flooring installed was basic rolled flooring that was so water damaged, I also ended up replacing most the wood sub floor before I could even get to the new flooring
After
Another good use of a water resistant flooring. This job used 12" x 24" vinyl tile flooring for a clean, modern finish

After repairing the rotten wood supports and laying a new sub floor, I installed a fresh golden oak laminate wood floor. This is the cheapest variety you can buy, but still makes an amazing room!
